Accessibility statement
At Immoscoop, we believe it is important that our website and digital services are accessible to everyone. That is why we strive to comply with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of organisations that offer services to the public.
Compliance status
The Immoscoop website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, due to some parts that are not yet fully accessible. We are committed to addressing these issues as soon as possible.
Inaccessible content
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may still be inaccessible to certain users. These include:
- Interactive maps and floor plans of properties that do not work optimally with screen readers.
- PDF documents that have not yet been fully adapted to accessibility standards.
- Some visual elements with insufficient colour contrast.
- Forms where input labels are not always available.
We recognise these shortcomings and are working to gradually eliminate them. Where possible, we provide alternative ways to access this information.
